I just spoke with Dallas Boley again a few days ago and to date nothing has changed, it is still in the hands of lawyers and no fee has been paid...FACT. The deal is not finalized period!! Why would Dallas Boley lie? Joel has many reasons to lie as he always does, just like he did when Boley filed to take over MNGG...How did that investigation Joel started on that go? LMAO
So someone, either Yoder or Joel hasn't paid their Attorney yet? Legal Fees?
This deal can't sit in escrow for ever, something has to give. Im not buying this given situation, Boley says its not finalized, yet Joel says its sold period! ???
