I'm a little confused. David Chalk's company is suppose to raise the $2,500,000 for the 300,000,000 shares issued to them back in April from Wolv. I'm not sure if these 35,500,995 shares are a part of the 300,000,000 supposedly issued. Plus they issued shares for debt payment. Total of over 72,000,000 shares issued. Maybe someone else can explain the distribution of shares.
