$EPGL is both fundamentally and technically sound! Fundamentals say EPGL is the #1 OTC to be accumulating now, technical indicators say break and close of .056 could really get this moving hard to the upside. Either way one looks at it on either a fundamental of charting perspective, IT SAYS A STRONG BUY!
