Since you misrepresent the intent of the letter you cite let me clarify. When Mr. Chaaban offered to reduce the amount to 100kg he was referencing that in terms of the current build out. The offer included a further statement by Mr. Chaaban that the final total of 600kg was indeed realistic for future build out(s) given the amount of space available, "Furthermore, our application and subsequent Ready to Build letter fully supports our 600,000kg assertions."
