Thank you, DWC! Yes, we have been actively pursuing this for more than ten days now. The TA and the company have received many email and calls with the same complaints with most or all being told that either there is a compliance issue or the TA or company has not released the shares. Neither charge is true. With assistance of counsel we have been aggressive about it. Believing this was a depository issue because that is what the company has been told. However, we received confirmation last night that in fact it is not. Therefore we have been asked to provide screenshots of this erroneous information being provided to aid in the pursuit!
