$LPPI to Start at .006 and CLIMB UP! A BUY STILL!!!
This Stock is hard to Buy, many times it will not fill at the ask and then the ask gets raised 20% or so!
it looks like some loading up happened at .006!!!
maybe MM's to catch up to make sure they have shares....
NOW IT LOOKS LIKE ABOUT TO BLAST OFF FROM
.006 to .01 soon!
