Just to help "Clarify".... Both Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds must operate within structured Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.

Hedge funds generally can buy in at $2.00 or more, sometimes can reach lower but is rare. Mutual funds generally can buy in at $5.00 or more and is extremely rare to reach lower than $5.00.

That translates to extreme buying pressure...."There Are Not Enough Shares Out There"
