Very true. I believed it was manipulation for the longest time, and to some extent it may very well still be that. However, their continued negligence in getting out audited financials year over year, and not being able to follow through on any date or milestone, is the biggest problems. They are where they are for multiple reasons, but they continue to stay in this pit because of the reasons above.
