Point taken with respect to retail shareholders. And, I'm certainly not questioning anyone's experience in trading/investing on the OTC market. But, how about debt holders that had tens (if not hundreds) of millions of shares? Would you agree that they may have been moving shares once they were cleared post split? The recent quarterly filing shows quite a few debt holders that have a considerable number of shares. It would seem to me that they sold into stronger hands today, and today was not an instance of dilution. I'm basing my observation on the fact that the company has been updating the share structure daily, and the outstanding share count has not changed since the split.
