.01 has no effect on us staying on OTC. We aren't going to be leaving EVER unless to get uplisted to NYSE. BLTA has arrived.. Slides are ready to be exploding in just a few short days.
The .01 is a rumor / myth that "certain" brokers won't let their investors trade sub-penny. And that hedge funds need it to be .01. In my experience with looking at these pennies, I don't think these myths matter. Most of the non-retail are from dilution. I don't believe in naked shorting or shorting in general for penny stocks. BLTA has been very reputable selling PP deals to great folks like LT instead of shady like Bainbridge or Asher. Nor do I believe that MM will drive down the price to load up.
BLTA has proven they are the real deal. I called them and spoke to the #2 guy. He was cool and talked to me as long as I wanted. Like family. Can't wait until we fly.
