I think there is little doubt many will take a little money off the table once DUTV begins to move. There are a couple of important factors to consider. 1) as you all know I have been posting I have been looking for a "Retest of The Previous All Time High of $3.75/share" and how the PPS moves into that area for a very long time.

2) if you look at the post of the link for the requirement for "NASD Uplisting" it is #6 on Show Board Information at the top here . If most are patient, we may have a strong "Jumper" and go well beyond the previous all time high of $3.75/sh. Most importantly we have to have a close of $3.00 or more for 5 consecutive business days while the application is submitted for uplisting to the NASD. So don't be too hasty while waiting to uplist and sell before that goal is achieved. So lets strive to complete the "Uplist" then game on.

We are at the end of the fiscal year Friday due to the 31st falling on Sunday. Any day we should see the 3rd Quarterly report that is past due. There is still not dilution and the Q/Q positive revenue growth is astounding for a "Penny Stock Start Up".
