Unless you're an insider, your entire post is nothing but fabrication. You don't know who is behind Econav...you don't know who is backing them...you don't know what entity is responsible for construction.. staffing... funding... anything...totally made up. If it's not made up...drop some links on the entire board to support your..."DD".....it would be greatly appreciated.
