I don't have any knowledge or proof about anything anybody does or doesn't do.. But in general.

With un-audited financials, it is possible for some accounting errors and discrepancies. For these OTC companies, there is a point where they need to do something.. In MRIB case, it was landing the Costco account and getting CA license. In 2015, Marani still needs to do more than just the backyard Orange County - Taste of Glendale. That's not selling vodka.
In general, these purposely non-reporting companies are just trade at your own risk.. That's my opinion. Like today's DD being released that Broadcast West was just insider co-ownership deals after all.. shame on me for believing Margrit wanted to make a real marketing campaign when her cohorts are the ones with the fake studio.
