So, let me see if I understand the purpose of your post:
1) Once again, bring up the tired, old audit argument. However, David Foley has stated that priority number-one is to be the 4K content leader by this fall. Based on this, I wouldn't expect NTEK to produce audited financials before then.
2) Attack the share structure. I wouldn't be surprised if NTEK has to double its O/S to 2 billion. If it delivers on its promise, the company is still a fantastic investment.
3) Punctuate your point with comments such as, "If they really care about shareholders...". So, you're trying to plant a seed in investors' minds that NTEK doesn't care about shareholders. I believe that NTEK is on a warpath to build the biggest and best 4K video library. And, if it continues to do this and people pay for it, the PPS will rise.
3) Explain to investors that you don't contact IR because you know how IRs work and it'll just be a waste of your time. So you're suggesting that it's better for investors to choose ignorance, except, of course, when it comes to taking YOUR advice, because you're such a trusted source.
Give me a break!
