NanoTech gaming labs was purchased for 15mm shares. There is a 10-1 forward split bringing the number to 150mm shares. I do not have the exact number the float will come to with the issuance. The outstanding though shows 181,547,800 which includes the 150mm shares that are already sitting at the TA pending approval of the registration and for distribution.
