I am thinking that NTEK doesn't have too much to do with which particular ads show there. I believe they could say which ads they do not want to show, but limiting the ads that can show decreases the competition for spots and therefore would lower the revenue made per ad shown.

I also believe that if an ad is skipped Ultraflix would not get paid for that presented ad.
