WHO?? is the million dollar question. Any of the companies breaking into 4K could be the enemy, even Sony, Amazon, Netfix etc.
If a big company offered to buy out NTEK and they turned it down, they can then try a different approach. I dunno, just my opinion.
I think there is much more to it than I am typing right now also.
