A note on Reg A+ offerings:
Per the SEC's page regarding Reg A+...

...it looks like Tier 2 offerings (such as what DSUSA announced yesterday in a press release) require audited financial statements. This would seem to dovetail nicely with the company's effort to dedicate financial resources towards engaging an auditor to prepare for an eventual uplist to QX and beyond. I'm excited to see more details of the offering as they become available!
