The filing shows Bret and Faro are the applicants and this was filed 4/18/14. The date on the top is 5/19/15...I assume that's the date that #1 looked at the doc? I also don't see NNLX as the company who will receive the patent rights...am I misreading this that Bret and Faro will be the patent holders and not the company? Just not familiar with these things. Next Q...how long before the patent gets approval...a year...less (I hope)?
