I was able to stream GIJoe in 4k over my cell phone mobile hotspot at the lowest setting...whatever they did when they encoded that movie, it worked great. I was able to stream no problem at higher bit rates as well using my wifi w/speed at 20-25MBps.
Interstellar had some choppiness even with comcast running my NP-1 at 22Mbps. Pretty much had to drop the bit rate to 6 or 8mbps and it would work. This is how most of the content has run so far. I was not able to stream this using mobile hotspot.
Picture quality looked great in both cases, I haven't noticed too much of a difference in picture quality between the bit rate settings.
But the system used for GI Joe (I believe DRF said it was version 3.0) was amazing.
