Believe me my friend, I frequently contact IR. But that doesn't replace having a CEO that is actively engaged with their shareholder base. I know investors who see it as a great sign when they see active engagement from the CEO. Also, this is absolutely a forum to connect with the executives as they have posted here proving they read the board. If you haven't noticed since 2012 they have tended to react with update letter etc when there is concern amongst shareholders. Not sure how long you have been a shareholder or been following.

When everyone is peaches and cream all day they have no incentive to engage the shareholders. The point is to have public updates that will bring in new investors not just have current investors contact it to request updates individually. New shareholders increase demand for the stock thus driving stock price up. Ntek is doing great things, but that doesn't mean they don't have areas to improve on.
