For those that don't know it yet (there was no PR from NTEK regarding this), NTEK's IR has changed. However Daniel Wong is still the contact person, but the company he worked for, Maximum Performance Advisors, is being dissolved. Asked regarding the NTGL free share distribution, he told me that now the name change has taken place, next thing is registration, approval, and then distribution. The shares are at the TA waiting for the go-ahead, but there is no time frame set since it's not in NTEK's control.
As for the Millennium Films content, he confirmed that 50+ movies are waiting for the signed contract.
No word on what the reason is for the delay.
