No need to defend yourself on my part. In all honesty, i thought the sum was rather paltry, especially in light of the fact that we are now talking about a real company with real revenue and and real growth.
As I saw it, 450M (PVEC) is roughly $45k. A typical MA consultant gets millions, not a few thousand bucks. Granted, this is not one of those types of mergers, but, it doesn't mean the work and risk reword is 2 orders of magnitude less as this small sum would indicate.
