If he has already publically self identified himself on iHub, they can't get anyone on the basis of posting private info on the board. We just need to find that self ID post and save a screen shot of it as proof to iHub Admin. I say to screen shot it in addition to saving the link, just in case the self ID post gets mysteriously deleted by iHub Admin.
