Evidently those RCMP folks confirmed the security clearance for Bill Chabaan was completed back in June 2014, as entered in court documents. One of the parties in the suit requested the info from the RCMP, and the info has been released. So, just as we figured, it is not true that Bill didn't clear security. Somebody has some explaining to do.
