A buyout by sony is actually a very advantageous move for sony company because ultraflix has what other competitors want and that's low bandwidth requirement but I think it would be a win-win situation if ultraflix and Sony do a joint venture instead like technicolor and dreamworks with MGO. That will appease both shareholders especially for NTEK. With their joint venture ultraflix can grow bigger than any company out there.
