I also think there is a good chance that the 10K / Q1 10Q delay is due to 2014 quarterly filings needed to be restated. I don't think it is the end of the world and if they do indeed need to be restated it is better to do it now, rather than any plans to try to uplist onto a senior exchange.

Just my thoughts. The 10K not being filed to date is starting to become very concerning.
