Sorry about that, his representations start at page 2 of this particular docket entry and not 15. He is still mentioned at 15 of course. But, the beginning of the mentioning of his lies begin at 2.
Again, he will not be able to provide a shred of evidence that he has contributed money to DSUSA. Nor will he be able to provide any evidence of owning PVECD shares--restricted or otherwise--unless he bought such on the open market.
His comments are such of an unabashed thief with no conscience whatsoever. He has been doing what he does for a long time and has gotten away with significant manipulation.
I am looking forward to seeing him in court.
