He is unsure as well as I ask the question each time myself. I do know the are ready to go, but could be an issue with the lawyer review. Those guys take their time and milk everything they can IMO.

As for SHM, not scheduled yet and was given a window from end of June to Mid-August sometime. Seems to be an awful lot going on behind the scenes to secure as many contracts as possible.
