I just Find that Highly Unlikely.. My Guess
Is that if he even does have 5 million shares, which are we sure he even has shares?
Would be that he bought Some at .00175 and then because he was up a lot Bought a lot more in the teens!
That way he would be down money, and also mad he didn't sell before, and that he bought instead.
But still... with 5 million shares, you would think he would want the to go up in value!
I have a hard time believing somebody just doesn't want money!
I mean I don't know If you believe him ATLAS, but it doesn't sound like anyone else is really buying it!
