I think you're wrong on both accounts. Pumpers are one step above bashers, but still deep into the vile category of pure deception. That board only allows pumping or positive posts, so while the polar opposite of IHUB as far as what it allows, it's just as nefarious and almost the exact same category. It's basically the lesser of two evils, but not by much. There's a real difference between real actual DD and some of the tripe they post on that board. There was one poster that posted a link about the NP-1s that was an article posted a year ago. The NP-1 is all but irrelevant compared to where we were thinking it was going to be when the article was published. That is most assuredly not DD in any way, shape, or form. It's pure pumping with information that has little to no value.
