If one has to look at most nasdaq and nyse and other otc all of them show a rise and trough in a bell curve so NTEK is at the trough for sure aND at the bOttom of the bell curve. The timing of buying is just partly luck for some. Some get it up there and some at the trough But to keep repeatING the audit over and over is getting old because everyone knows it's important but not urgent since it's not financially viable for a growing company unless they have huge funds.
