ACADEMY AWARD-WINNING FILM SEQUEL

– The Board unanimously approved the current terms to proceed with the off-balance-sheet funding of the major motion picture sequel to a very well known, Academy Award winning film, including certain participation agreements, licenses and forbearance agreements with the screenwriter, MGM-UA and NBC-Universal. The Board agreed to respect of the quarantine of specific disclosures regarding this project until a multiparty, formal announcement is released (planned for the Cannes Film Festival, 2012).
