Thanks-I see Bingo just posted there is a Cemex plant in Ensenada that didnt show up in our dd-I  thought they had one for a pop center of ca 250,000 but it didnt show -so that answers my main question re whether CWRN would ship or truck CWRN's final waste product. Your dd selection also shows a plant midway between Tijuana and Tecate (the 2 true main Baja border crossings) S of Mex 2D toll hwy near the town of San Isidro and another near Mexicali.
