Victor looked at my LinkedIn profile in the past couple of days. For his sake and the sake of all the shareholders, I wish he would sit down with the majority shareholder group and work something out to leave the company immediately. He has two options - meeting with the shareholders or have a lawsuit brought against him by the shareholder's group. Either way, it is my opinion and others that he will be out.
Leaving right away saves the shareholders group and Victor money as lawsuits are expensive and time consuming. The ball is in Victor's court (at least for a short period of time). Hopefully he uses good judgement and leaves now.
From reading through the posts on this thread, there could be another possibility but that would be very ugly for Victor and others in his management team. If it comes down to the FBI and the SEC getting involved so be it but it would be better for Victor and all shareholders if he left on his own accord immediately.
