Hello Spiceman, I was interested in getting .0001s here, but after reading the most recent quarterly report I am unsure. There is no mention at all of operations at Bayano in the quarterly report. So, it is unclear if they have anything at this point. Among the various disclaimer statements is this "We will continue to gather data about our projects, and it is possible that additional information will cause us to alter our schedule or determine that a project should not be pursued. You should understand that our plans regarding our projects might change."

If they still have 25% of the concession, I would buy .0001s and sell at .0002 or .0003. Dilution potential from the C shares and other debt is essentially infinite, but bouncing around in the trips seems feasible. I will wait and see if they can confirm having anything.

The O/S as of 3/31/15 is 5,298,341,272.
