Yes thanks! I read it quickly this morning but didn't notice their "anticipated filing date" of 5/19. We shall see! 4 days late is no big deal. At this point I just want success and no matter what it takes or how long. I still believe in audited financials and if not this quarter then later in the year. Then the merger and spin off of Rico Suave. I confident they have a long term plan.
