SERIES B TIMING
Today, May 15th, is the payable date for the dividend (the record date was May 8th). The transfer agent (Vstock Transfer) will be initiating the dividend today. They will issue shares into the Depository Trust Company (DTC), which will send them to your broker, which will send them to you as a beneficial owner. It may take a few days for this entire process to be completed.
If you have not received them by this time next week, please let us know and we can make an inquiry into the transfer agent on your behalf.
