Got a reply from IR just now:
Sorry for the delay in responding but I have been travelling for the last few days.
I understand the frustration with the share price but the company continues to work towards completing acquisitions and looking at new opportunities as well.
There are some very exciting things developing and I'm confident that in the next couple of weeks you will see some good news.
The current outstanding share count as of yesterday is: 134,799,661 and this comes from the conversion of the convertible notes that are used to acquire funds to complete acquisitions and operate the company.
Thanks for your patience and I'm confident we will all be rewarded in due course but it takes time.
