Glad you brought this up. Good point and let me explain why.
When you do a alexa check for investorshub is actually a sub domain of advfn. So, when you look at their ranks:
You are not actually seeing "investorshubs" alexa rank you are seeing advfn.com's alexa rank which is the root domain.
The site investorshub only gets roughly 41.84% of that total traffic. advfn.com has 19 sub domains. Seen in your link above. This all being said you are correct. Years ago that number was 60% and has been dropping like a rock since. My guess it has to do with investors hangout imo.
