"All this time I thought that it was a new language that was patented, but its not. It is the process of the live auditing that is patented. They wrote their own laguage to go with it, but the critical component, auditing the system in real time is what will live on for the life of the patent.
Computer geeks can create new languages, but none can create a process of auditing computer systems in real time without running into their patent protections."
