just me .. but imo RH wouldn't have expended the financial resources for the *reiteration* PR

unless he expected it to lay a foundation for P2O's *second buyer*

imo 2nd buyer (unlike first) actually does have to have a *pilot* re: materials tested

reminder: imo first buyer *tested* after RH was installed as Ceo in mid August 2013

reminder: imo OBG very much on scene and did their own testing of *flagship* and JB/RH in the back half of 2013

imo we see an 8k filed re: 2nd buyer >> at any point ..

again *key* isn't 2nd or 3rd or 4th buyer ..

it's monies transferred from buyer/s accts to P2O's coffers

and

whether RH seats an indy BoD .. or not

imo if intent is to sell P2O (IP) .. then imo RH won't go thru the *dilution* aspect
re: seating a BoD after monies have transferred (post pilot consummation)

this is why it's all coming to a head

2nd and 3rd Qs' reveal *intent* across a few levels >> imo
