PVECD. the other day you made a post that you thought that they were trying to get the pps to .20. then they could give shares for certs. that makes good sense to me. hopefully only half will cash their shares in or it could get a little rough for awhile. they also could put a 30 day hold on them i believe. just talking. i know nothing. lol
