What does this Victor have to gain by sticking around? NOTHING! Don't cut off your nose despite your face!! Waiting any longer will only make things worse!
Obviously things haven't gotten better as time has gone on...
No Progress, No Revenues, No Projects, No Communication, No Follow Through, and now the lawsuits are building, the claims with the FBI growing and the floor is dropping out from under you, the walls are caving in! Law Enforcement is closing in.. One could easily surmise that the longer he fights the inevitable, the worse off this is going to be for him!
He could learn a lot from ol Kenny Rogers!
