I just can help but think that many of those who are posting stuff about like the company owes me $50K and when are we getting certs paid and stuff like that were the ones that thought they could beat the system and they bought and sold shares and then the last day they bought their shares and thought they deserve the series C shares. The problem in my opinion is that they forgot to take into consideration that they had to own the shares before they could obtain the C shares. So I think they got caught with their pants down and so if they bought the shares on the last day does not mean they should have C shares.
