Well it would be to Baltias advantage right now to sell the shares on the open market, rather

than the discounted restricted shares. I'm sure that they would not want to do it, but if worse

comes to worst, management does own a boatload of personal stock.

Maybe one solution would be a great informational, forward-looking statement PR to get the

juices going for new and current shareholders. Those Marketwire PRs do reach far and wide.

That letter to DOT was great, and i thought that might move the share price up a bit, but the

only folks that probably saw it were people that are already loaded.

Lets all hope the best for Baltia...
