On the Supplemental Information disclosure MNGG or Joel owes Nathan Yoder due May 1, 2015 in the amount of $20,000 for the previous owner or officer of YTRV. I hope Joel will mention this on the coming update if this was settled and paid already and the status of PSRU too.
