Hello, Everyone,

You can throw tomatoes at me for the delay in the Series C email being sent out to the shareholders of record. Between having an ill child and being up to my eyeballs in work as we have been some busy, busy beavers all around as you have seen, I am still working with the company to get all of the information transferred over.

I will be working on this this weekend and do hope to have it completed before Monday morning.
