Is it that Victor is just incompetent and cannot close deals or is it that he is just a fraud and crook? He rubs elbows with successful people all of which have some influence and could help if you were any kind of businessman. Oh well, maybe I know the answer but am too disgusted with him and myself for believing in him to admit it.
