I just think those "updates" won't happen this week.  The auditing should happen this week (my fingers are crossed).  We might move closer to the Brokerage Firm acquistion, but we have not heard anything on the capital fundraising (i.e. non-convertible preferred's) for this yet.  I would prefer confirmation of the events being finalized rather than an update that they are being initiated.
